Pleasant to use but still waiting for Results

"I’ve been using this serum consistently for about two weeks now, and while I had high hopes, I haven’t seen a noticeable improvement in my dark spots yet. The serum itself feels lightweight and absorbs well into the skin without leaving any sticky residue, which I do like. It also layers nicely under my moisturizer and makeup. However, when it comes to fading spots or evening out my skin tone, the results so far have been underwhelming. My spots are still quite visible, and I haven’t noticed any significant brightening effect. That said, I understand that skincare can take time, so I’m willing to continue using it a bit longer to see if results improve with more consistent use. Overall, it’s pleasant to use, but based on the first two weeks, I can’t yet say it delivers on its claims for spot reduction."

Is this serum oil free?
Hello Thank you for your question! Our Vita-C Glycolic Serum is considered oil-free, as it does not contain traditional oils. Instead, it is formulated with lightweight emollients and hydrating ingredients to maintain a comfortable skin feel without heaviness. Please note, as this formula contains glycolic acid, we recommend introducing it gradually, starting with 1–2 times per week, especially if you have sensitive skin. You can then increase frequency as your skin builds tolerance. We also recommend applying a moisturiser after use to support the skin barrier, and ensuring you wear SPF during the day, as glycolic acid can increase sensitivity to sunlight. can it be layered with the retinol youth renewal serum? since the description says it can be used AM and PM
Hi Zoya, We do not recommend layering, but you can use both at different times of the day. If you are using Retinol Youth Renewal Serum then keep your Vita C Glycolic Serum for the day time only and Retinol for night- its a great combination when used that way.
Hi! What is the difference between the Vit-C and the dark spot corrector? Which one is more effective for hyperpigmentation from acne scars?
Hi Pamela, Rapid Dark Spot Correcting serum incorporates patented resorsinol technology that reduces all types of dark spots, and was especially successful on post inflammatory hyperpigmentation after acne- so a great choice for your skin concerns. Vita C Glycolic Serum is more preventative and uses Gold Stabilised Vitamin C, THD and Glutathion that work to prevent damage from the environment but also help to even skin tone and improve radiance and glow. Some customers use both, by using the Vita C Glycolic Serum in the day and Rapid Dark Spot Correcting Serum at night. Always use an SPF in the day time- we would recommend City Skin SPF 50 that provides broad spectrum protection and also protects skin from blue light, pollution and infra red radiation and is a mineral sunscreen.
Is this ok to use under the eyes? Also on the crows feet?
Hi Laura, Our Vita-C Glycolic Serum should be used on the face, neck and chest only. Our skin under our eyes is delicate and we recommend using an eye cream for this area such as our Vita-C Eyes Dark Circle Corrector instead.
