I was using the Acne Complex Kit, and while I was seeing SOME changes, I was still breaking out...and I was especially seeing congestion UNDER my skin. I thought "If I'm attacking it from the outside, and still not getting the results I want, something is going on on the INSIDE."
I've been taking the supplements for about 6 weeks now and have seen a HUGE difference!!! My breakouts have gone down by 85%. I still see a BIT of congestion, but that's going down, too...however, if I include breakouts and the congestion under my skin, I'd say overall, it's all gone down by 75-80%.

I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money trying different products so I just went to the dermatologist. I was given antiboitics, body cleasner, and many creams. All those things did was mask the problem not solve it. After a year I was still taking antiboitics and using the cream that were drying out my skin. The dermatologist told me I would have to keep taking the antiboitics to keep the breakouts at bay. I thought this is not good I want to solve the problem not put a bandage on it. Then I found the Murad supplement and decided to try it. After about a month I started to notice I wasn't get anymore breakouts on my back. I have been using the product for a couple of months now and I have not had anymore painful cysts on my back. I only take two pills a day instead of the recommended four. I am going to keep using this product, it works and it's good for you.
