It is one of the most effective yet *gentle* products I have used and I'm thrilled about that. On my next birthday I'm turning 40 and have had PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) since my early 20s, and since then been battling intermittent cystic acne on my face and body. I've tried oral antibiotics but am prone to yeast afterwards (and it just isn't healthy IMO to do a whole course of antibiotics for unpredictable breakouts of a cyst or two, as painful and ugly as those individuals are.) And topical antibiotics have literally shredded my skin, irritating it to the point that it alternately flaked and oozed on the cyst. (What a lovely image!) Immediately I noticed how...calm the cyst felt with this. No stinging and it to my eyes seems to LESSEN the redness, not inflame it, which I had come to expect with other products from high end to drug store. My most recent cyst healed faster, and with less irritation than anything else I have ever used. Submitted by CKaiser (not verified)This is th eonly spot treatment I have found that really works. It dires up white heads and surfaced pimples overnight - the redness is gone in 2 days. More cystic or undergorund pimples take 2-3 days, but it stops them at the point they're at they wont get bigger or come to a head, they simply disapear in a few days - no scarring! Lasts a while too - I only have the trial sized one and it has lasted 5 months so far.

Although it's much less than when I was in puberty, I would still get small, hard bumps under my skin. Nothing I used seemed to get rid of them. That is until I started using the spot acne treatment. I was amazed to see that in less than a week, the bumps I had had for months had disappeared completely and haven't returned. Now when I get any sign of a bump starting, I just apply the acne spot treatment and it's gone within a couple of days. I will always use this product.
