I have sensitive combination skin with occasional breakouts due to stress or hormones and this keeps my skin feeling and looking good. I noticed visible results the first time I used it. It doesn't irritate or scratch my skin or cause any other irritation. My skin is smooth and glowing after using this cleanser and my makeup looks much better with my skin nice and exfoliated. I don't even need to use makeup as much when I use this product because it makes my complexion clear and soft. I also feel like my other treatment/moisturizer products work better when I use this. I thought that using the acne complex set cleared up my skin but I started using this after my regular acne cleaner and now my skin looks perfect! If you have oily skin then this is what you need. My skin looks so perfect that I don't even feel like I need to wear make-up. Try it...you'll love it! It last a while because you only need a little bit.
